Colored glass has fascinated me for as long as I can remember, but for years my energies were focused in a different direction. Now, after winding down a satisfying career in biomedical research, I have returned to my early love to explore color, shape, and pattern in this almost limitless medium. I create each piece of kiln-formed Next Wave Glass individually.
My process involves cutting, layering, fusing, grinding, and slumping the glass. Each piece is 100% handcrafted. I hope you enjoy the finished work as much as I loved creating it.
